We were given the details of Emily Ferris to advise us of our legal rights. Emily provided a rapid response and after receiving her advise we have instructed her and to support us against a company refusing to refund us for a wedding that was affected by Covid-19. Although this is still ongoing we have found Emily to be very efficient and pro-active in this pursuit. She provides regular updates which are very helpful in what has been and continues to be a very stressful situation.
