I was very surprised and let down by the Ellis and Jones service. They made buying a property frustrating and took the fun out of the process. They caused delays for my estate agent and never returned my calls or emails. They are also very expensive and didnt give me a breakdown in costs until after I had appointed them.
I will never use them again and can't stress that enough.
