So yesterday was the first time my son and I used Ello. And I say it was a hit with him. Hearing the app listen to him and at times ask questions was very cool. He loved the points he earns after completing a book. So much so he actually read 3 books in one sitting. This from a soon to be 7 year old, who dreads reading time. He's struggled with reading and sight words since pre-k. Because of some delays, he did not start speaking until months before the age of 4. He's already talking about finishing the next 3 to get more books. I love the videos and the end of books that relate to the stories. So, far we're off to a great start and I couldn't be more proud.
