Recently putchased over £60 worth of spares for my greenhouse, via Amazon. The following morning I phoned and added another £13 worth and was informed that their standard deliver was 'just a couple of days'. They emailed confirming dispatch so I stripped the greenhouse as forecast fine. After 5 days I contacted them and was informed by a man with a totally different attitude that they their standard delivery was via untrackable 2nd class Royal Mail and could do nothing until 10 days had passed whereby they would then attempt to find out where it was. I stated that had I been informed prior to purchase that standard delivery may take an untracked 10 days I could have chosen the tracked first class delivery. I requested a refund on my credit card, which he refused and that the machine was broken! Poor service, poor attitude, all they want is your money. Customers beware.
