Beautifully scented Optimism hand cream. Fast delivery. Bought on the two for one offer. Unfortunately only one hand cream arrived. Phoned up to enquire and another one was sent out to me although I had to pay postage again. Fault in online booking system/ unclear instructions at checkout.
