I have had issues with communication, nobody updates me, order was accepted and then booster went to sleep without starting and never said a word so I waited for hours to ensure successful log in. Also had last order done well after it was finally accepted but he finished and never said a word. A little communication in chat would turn 2 starts to 4 or 5 easy.
