Ordered 8th of month. Not delivered until 19th. 1 items missing. On hold for 20 minutes when i rang. So item never left warehouse the lady presumed was out of stock but wasn't sure and be grand cause I'd get a refund. The missing item was for a birthday on 20th so im very annoyed with the lack of correspondence. When the package left the warehouse I should have been informed. Won't order online again.
Instore experience is much different that's 5 star especially in Clonmel branch.
