Too much of a hassel if you order heavy home appliances. Such kind of orders are frequently delayed. Little (if any) customer support. Sameday Romania, their preferred courrier for home deliveries should change their name into " Samemonth" Romania. As a matter of fact Emag is also the main sharehoder of the former. Consequently I do not recommend Emag for large/heavy home appliances ( white goods).
