Поддръжката на клиенти е трудно да бъде задържана. Всъщност компанията е извървяла дълъг път, за да скрие всяка реална поддръжка, отклоняваща 99% от заявките към AI, което е доста безполезно.
Прегледите на продуктите не показват дефекти или проблемни проблеми, тъй като EMAG има политика да не допуска прегледи, които показват продуктите на продавачите му в лоша, вярна светлина.”

Sameday Romania, their preferred courrier for home deliveries should change their name into " Samemonth" Romania. As a matter of fact Emag is also the main sharehoder of the former. Consequently I do not recommend Emag for large/heavy home appliances ( white goods).”

I've sent four complaints for not receiving my order which was placed a month ago. Till date I only received silence treatment, even after every complaint I got automated email that someone is going to contact me in the next 24h. My advice: don't buy unless is Cash On Delivery. To bad, reputation of NASPERS was good in the past.”
