EMAG-Bulgaria has the worst customer service.
I've sent four complaints for not receiving my order which was placed a month ago. Till date I only received silence treatment, even after every complaint I got automated email that someone is going to contact me in the next 24h. My advice: don't buy unless is Cash On Delivery. To bad, reputation of NASPERS was good in the past.
