This recent purchase was focused on their tools section, as they had some items I couldn't get from the bigger chains - a fancier quick unpick with rubber end to 'rub out' little threads left in seam from the cutting end. I also like their wide range of fabrics - this time I focused on Liberty collection which they have at a very good price, and a min of 25cm lengths- very helpful for a more expensive fabric but possibility to buy smaller amounts making it affordable - they were a gift for my mum who adores christmas so I chose 3 from their Liberty festive collection - a bit different to other mainstream christmas prints! Ordering was easy, the cart set out clearly; also if you leave stuff in the cart to think about before purchase, when you come back it clearly advises if stock levels have changed so you can amend accordingly. Very fast shipping, even in covid times, and packaged well for transit. Hood and prompt postage updates received also. I have found them to have competative prices, often products hard to source elsewhere, and excellent service. Thank you, will be back!!
