“I was impressed with the ease of the ordering system but disappointed with the colour of the product. They did not look anything like the colours I had chosen. Each colour looked washed out. A lot of money was spent,at least to me on a pension. Will only buy thread now that I can physically see. So sorry. Kind regards Louise Faranda”

Hi Louise, Thanks for your feedback, though I must admit I am baffled as to why you thought the colours looked washed out, as Isacord is a great embroidery thread that we ourselves use as do many commercial embroiderers.
