“I'm very impressed with the quick delivery of my orders so far, however I am disappointed in the state of the White Bobbinfill Cone I received in my order. It was very dirty/dusty and black marks through the Cone. I just hope its not all the way through. 😔”

Very unusual as we normally check before they go out (and rarely have any that have marks on them. It is hard to see any black marks in your image, but at most it would only be on the top winding of the thread, and these spools always have much more than the 10,000m quoted. If you wish to return, please let us know via our website.

Hi Chelsea, If you join the site (https://www.embroideries.com.au/_myacct), we do have a great loyalty program where you can redeem as little as $1.00 which is great for the occasional customer. You must be logged into your account to collect the points, as a guest checkout does not collect points.
