“I initially did an order through ebay, then discovered I could order direct from JM and so put a second order through the next day. Both orders arrived together in the same parcel promptly, however I was a little disappointed that I was charged for two separate postage fees.”

Hi Judyth, We are sorry to hear that your parcel took longer than you expected to arrive to you. Please note though, that we posted your item within 24 hours of your order, and once we dispatch it is out of our hands, and we can only hope that Australia Post delivers as quickly as possible, which it seems in your case, they let us both down.

“Very pleased with my order, arrived within time frame. Prices were reasonable. Only thing I didn't like was that I prefer to pay by PayPal and it said on the site that I could but I couldn't find that option when it came to the checkout. I will purchase from JM Embroideries again in the future.”

“Prompt delivery of my order. However, DMC Blanc had two places where the yarn had frayed/split in the first yard of use which required me to rejoin in my embroidery. I have not used the remaining colours as yet.”

“Yes I was very pleased with the product that I received.It arrived on the Friday and I ordered it on the Saturday.I did pay for express post and it still took 5working days but I guess it was close to Christmas too. Thank you”

“Good selection of threads. Only problem with last order was one incorrect thread was sent….transposition of number code. I got Rasant #413 instead of #431. Sent an email but had no reply. Was not worth sending back with postage etc but I would have liked a return email.”

“Mostly I'm happy with my purchase. I thought the dark antique blue would be more like a navy blue. The actual product seems more like teal to me. The colour wasn't very clear on the chart. Overall good value for money. Thank you.”
