“Great range of products and prices and very fast shipping. My only suggestion for improvement is the website - on a mobile phone some of the drop down options don't go anywhere and I needed to use the search button.”

“quick response to the order, the rate per metre was very good. Generally pleased with the order however there was a large selvedge flaw in the middle of the 4 mtr length that i am not so happy about. Not going to return this however, I will work around the flaw.”

“Very personalised and prompt service. The one hiccup was that my embroidery was sent using an Official Australia Post LETTER package. As I only use parcel post, my package was about to be rejected at the post office and returned to sender. I am most fortunate that my local PO guy knows me and sense prevailed. He overrode the system and kept my "letter parcel" for my pickup.”

“Good selection of threads for quilting. I would prefer the price to have included GST rather than add it at the end- in Australia most places just include the GST . It seems a bit sneaky to add it at the end (kind of like well, I've decided to buy it and it's too much trouble to undo. It will be a deal breaker for me going forward as I compare prices with other retailers.)”

Hi Mia, Sorry to hear that you thought they were made in England, at no point in our listing have we ever stated where they are made. The listings also state "(NB Packaging may vary)", and all packaging we have here, both the blue and pink packaging all state on the back of the pack that they are made in India. I have also spoken to the Birch rep, and he has stated that all the Birch circular needles are made in India.
