Hi Wendy, We are sorry to see the negative reviews you have left for us here. Please note your order was for a quantity of 2 units of fabric, when fabric is ordered in quantity, we do not cut it, we send it out in one length. Since the fabric is ordered in units of 25cm length, we sent out 1 piece at 50cm in length, which equalled the 2 units purchased. We also ensured that it went out express post the same day for you so that you received it ASAP.

Hi Susan, Sorry to hear that this has not yet arrived since we dispatched your order on the 17th September. Please be aware, that Auspost is having some issues within their system. In the meantime, I have opened a case with Auspost to locate your item and get it to you ASAP. Please note, that we dispatched the same day of your purchase, and it is Australia Post that has let us both down, and now caused you to give us a negative review.

Hi Susan, Sorry to see this negative review, I have just checked and you item has been awaiting collection at the your local LPO since Wed 4 Aug, please collect ASAP otherwise they will return to sender, which they do after 14 days.
