Company got its money, supplier got its money, I didn’t get what I was and am still waiting to hear if I’ll get replacement yarn or need to purchase, won’t deal with this firm/s again, have been chasing answer - nothing to date

Hi Virginia, We have been corresponding via email, and we had established your first issue re thread colours and had that sorted (please check your emails). As for you wanting to purchase extra thread for the kit you purchased, we are awaiting to hear from the new company dealing with this brand, as the original company we purchased from was taken over by Birch creative. Unfortunately, some companies move slowly, and it has been all of 4 business days so far and we have not heard back. Since a lot of this stock is possibly in transit from the old importer in Sydney to Birch in Melbourne, it could take a little time to get extra thread sorted for you. In the meantime, you have the kit, and all the thread needed to complete the kit within it. All we can do is apologise for the delay in finding out about the extra thread you requested, but until suppliers reply to our queries, we are unable to assist further.

The product arrived a month after the christening so was of no use. We had to get a different candle to use during the christening service. Very disappointed as on ordering it inferred it would be sent within four days not six weeks.

Hi Gwenda, Sorry to hear your parcel has not yet arrived. We posted your parcel on the same day that you ordered from us (13/4), and unfortunately, once it is in the hands of Australia Post, it is out of our control. I will open a case with Australia Post to locate your item for you, as it is listed as "Delayed – waiting to be processed for delivery" according to tracking. You will have been sent an email when we dispatched giving you the tracking information, so that you can track your parcel (Please check your spam/junk folder if you did not see it arrive). Unfortunately, with sending hundreds of parcels per week, we are unable to keep an eye on them all, meaning that we only know of missing parcels when the customer contacts us, but please, in future, contact us via our website or phone, before giving us a negative review for which we do not deserve, and it is Australia Posts fault in this case.

I still have not received my order that I purchased on the 16/6/22. I have used the tracking number that was provided and it says it has been processed on the 20/6/22 but nothing after that.

Hi Shai, Firstly, sorry to hear that your parcel has not arrived as yet. I can see today you opened a case with Australia Post - the best idea to do first. Please keep us informed as to the outcome via our contact page on our website ( https://www.embroideries.com.au/contact-us )so that if necessary, we can also follow it up with Australia Post. Please also in future, contact us first before giving us negative feedback ratings here, as we will always work with our customers to ensure they receive their items. You will also note from tracking, that we posted your package on the 16th June, the same day of your purchase, therefore, once posted, it is out of our direct control, and therefore, the negative rating should be actually given to Australia Post !!

Hi Janice, sorry to hear this has not arrived as yet, currently it shows an ETA of 21/3-23/3 via Australia Post. It actually seems to be in your area according to tracking. Please in future, rather than giving negative reviews for items that have not yet arrived, or seem late, please contact us by email, and we can then check it out with Australia Post and have them investigate. I will personally keep an eye on the tracking for you, and if it has not been delivered by the 23rd, I will open a case with Australia Post.

such a big delivery for two tiny threads which were completely useless and literally break in your and and the stitching gave away and embrace the hell out of me. complete waste of money. thanks

Hi Rounak, I see this review was concerning the Gutermann invisible thread (not our company, as we are a retailer). If you could please email us with the details of how you have used this thread, what has happened once you used it etc, we can pass the information onto Gutermann, so that they can respond properly to your issue with their thread.

Would NOT recommend at all!!!! Horrible customer service - asked to have express post ( which I had to pay extra for, & the items cost very little) order canceld & be refunded as has still not arrived by due date & the extended due dates- delayed response & now no response & then has still not processed refund & cancellation!! & & Had also explained this was a gift for my nephew's Holy Communion-- not trust worthy & do not recommend

Hi Ruby, We understand your frustration and are very disappointed in the review you have given us, as you must remember the following in this case. We dispatched within 1 business day, but unfortunately, you had put incorrect address details in with your order, and we do not know everyone's addresses, (and it would slow every order down if we were to email or call every customer to double check their address). You then contacted Australia Post to have the parcel redirected to the correct address. This immediately slows the parcel down, as it is then flagged in the system to be manually handled and redirected. We are unable to make Australia Post work quicker, Australia Post is not our company, therefore their handling of your parcel is out of our control. I have stated in an email to you, if the parcel is returned to us, we will provide you with a refund, even though this will leave us out of pocket for the original postage and return charge, but we are unable to do this until it has been returned (or deemed Lost In Transit by Australia Post). If we were to provide full refunds for every parcel sent, that Australia Post delivers late, we would be bankrupt. Unfortunately, I have been delayed in our responses to you, as we receive around 100 emails per day, and I am but 1 person replying to these emails. God bless and we hope all goes well for your nephew's Holy Communion.

Yes, we were sorry to hear you were not happy with this item, and did not realise that, although it was stated in the description; that the accessories shown in the images did not come with the item. We have been working with you through email.

I recently purchased the Country Threads Teddy’s Bouquet longstitch kit online from you. There are a couple of errors on the kit instructions, the colour key numbers are incorrect on the second column (they start at 1 again instead of 8 to 15) and the instructions for the textured stitches on teddy's tummy say they are ‘Moss Stitch’ which is incorrect according to the cover photo in the packet. There are no instructions provided for the stitches shown on the teddy’s tummy. I have tried emailing two different email addresses that are provided on the kits instructions but they have been returned as not valid emails. Can you please provide instructions for the stitches on the teddy’s tummy (coral section) I have provided a photo below

Hi Melanie, Sorry to hear re your issues with this kit and disheartened to see the negative review of our company. Please note that we are a retailer, and do not make this kit, only sell it. That being said, I have personally contacted the creator of this kit and asked her to provide clarification of what you need to do to finish the kit. As soon as I find out, I will send the information to you via email.

Hi Lorraine, I have just checked and note that your items were posted on the 23rd December, the day you purchased them, and due to the large number of holiday breaks, with only 5 business days within this time, and the fact it is going to North Qld, it may take a little longer than normal, but please let us know if it has not arrived by the end of the coming week.

I have just called Australia Post and they have stated that your parcel should arrive in the next few business days, as it was going from Victoria to rural Western Australia which is taking up to 14 business days at this time.

I recently received 8 reels of your thread. I am most disappointed with the quality. The first reel is terrible and unable to be used in my overlocker - as per photo. The second reel I opened seemed to have 1 metre length threads at the start. I gave up using it as well. If this is the quality of the thread you supply then I will never purchase from you again. I thought I was supporting a local Australian business but as it's unusable I will be going back to the imported brands. I am son disappointed with this product. Surely in this day you can produce a proper thread and make sure it is ok before sending to customers

Hi Cath, I will call you shortly as no photo appeared. We have not had issues with this Hemline thread before (BTW it is made in China for the Hemline company, which is retailed worldwide, therefore imported, not made locally). I will get the rep for Hemline to call and replace the thread for you, and collect the unused threads for testing, as I am sure Hemline would not want to see these reviews.

Hi Cath, I have tried every method to contact you (via eBay message where you purchased through), email and phone, without reply. Both the importer and an overlocker specialist have both suggested that it could be an old needle or incorrect tension on your machine causing the issue. The rep is willing to collect the thread and replace for you, but you do not seem interested to reply through any forum.
