I recently contacted JM Embroideries and found them informative and helpful. They sold me an Oliso Pro Smart iron – a US product I had been searching for and which are very difficult to find in Australia. They charged a standard postage rate and the parcel arrived 3 days later – very efficient. Very happy. Excellent iron too.
