I ordered some Rasant thread, but received lace instead. I immediately contacted JM Embroideries and they asked me to return the lace at no cost to myself and sent my threads to me by Express Post. I have ordered thread from them on several occasions before and have had no issues. Even though this order didn't go to plan they were very helpful and acted immediately to correct the error. I will purchase from them again in the future.
