I was impressed with the service. I placed an order on a Saturday and received my parcel on the following Thursday. Given I ordered on a weekend I did not expect delivery for at least a week through Australia Post.
The range of products available was also great, some items are difficult to find in suburban Melbourne as availability to machine, fabric and quilting shops continues to shrink.
I will certainly use JM Embroideries again when looking for specialised products.
