I rang at lunch time and my call wasn't answered, which I wasn't concerned about. A few minutes later, Mick called me back. My order was packed and sent very promptly and I received it the following day.
Mick is always obliging especially if you are in a hurry for the goods. Definitely my number 1 go-to online store for any haberdashery. Fabric is also good quality, but I do prefer to shop in person for this.
