The thread I needed was unavailable in all the stores I tried in the capital city of my state. JM Embroideries were one of the early sites that appeared when I did an Internet search, and their extensive range on their website included the thread I was looking for. I phoned direct and by the end of the phone call the 10 skeins I needed were in a bag ready to post! To add to my satisfaction they arrived even earlier than the estimated delivery date. All the paperwork, payment, address etc were correctly and clearly recorded. Thank you.
