I bought a large piece of wideback batik fabric, which unfortunately came with a large hole in the middle. Within 20 minutes of emailing about it, I had a response, and the matter was well-resolved. The replacement piece arrived quickly, and intact. I would definitely order from them again, as they did an outstanding job of resolving my complaint.
