I’ve never booked with Emirates holidays before….now I know why!
After over 2 hours of waiting to speak to someone (I was sent a message asking to contact them so nothing Wrong my end) they were the rudest customer service operator I’ve ever experienced. Thought it might just be that individual but after being passed to another college their attitude and tone was just as rude
Won’t book with them again
