Tried to contact Emirates Hoildays mid August 2021 as My wife and I was due to fly to Dubai mid September 2021, I was looking to see what options were available to change my holiday as my brother was diagnosed terminally I’ll and I was advised by the Hospice not to go on holiday, spent hours on the phone to no avail and sent countless emails to no avail, sadly my brother passed away early October 2021, I have still sent countless emails and get the odd reply stating sorry for your loss and someone will be in touch, sadly I’m still waiting for someone to be in touch to resolve my issue, Emerates Holidays are nothing short of a Disgrace and have let me down when I was severely under pressure and could have done with changing the dates so We could have had a much needed break when the time was right. My only option is to take legal advice and take Emerates to task as I an not letting this go after everything I’ve been through.
