Shocking, no customer support after 5pm UK time even on emergency 24/7 number, WA group don’t respond. Holiday booked 9 months ago tipped up to the hotel to be told no room at the inn, couldn’t complain no one from Emirates Holidays available, don’t use them, a little cheaper because of their affiliation to Emirates Airlines but customer support in none existent.
