In 2021 I purchased one of your lawn trimmers from Agincourt Lawn &Garden. I boughtr the top of the line based on their recommendation, as well as seeing adverts for your products. The first time I used the trimmer I had a problem and took it back for repair ,the repair was not done properly and as a result I had to take it back again . Apparently they replaced the head with the wrong unit . Again back to the shop .they did finally repair the unit but not without me pointing out they had made a mistake right from the beginning. Even when I wanted to purchase replacement spools they couldn't help me. I then went to Silver Mile Hardware who were quite helpful' I did not use the unit last summer as I hired a local service to cut my lawn. I decided to cut my lawn myself again this year and pulled out my lawnmower after a year NO PROBLEM I then tried the trimmer and can't get the battery [I bought two as well and a charger at the original purchase.]to fit in the unit. I took the unit to Silver Mile who said he couldn't understand why it wouldn't install, and said he would repair the unit and advise me when it was fixed. That was 10 days ago and when I called this A.M. they told me they are waiting a response from YOUR FIRM This piece of equipment has been in the repair shop more often than it has been used I am deeply disapointed in your product, since I sought out a product that would make my chores easier, even though there were less expensive trimmers available I chose yours.
