Ordered the woodsman case and added the gnome to meet the free shipping minimum. I only received the gnome and I feel that I have been trolled.
I sent 2 emails, the first being more than a week ago. Im disapointed with stihl direct canada customer service and shipments managements. I wouldn’t recommend stihl direct canada to a friend.
