Trimmer head is not good. I have gone through three spool retaining clips this summer, $13 each in addition string line. Also, I have burned through two spool heads. They sell them in 3 packs for $29. The fact they sell in multiples is a strong indication they are not durable!! This particular part is almost like what your would expect to find in a very cheap machine. Not durable at all. Of course Stihl products are only sold in small independent shops that are in many cases only open for half a day on the weekend. My next machine will be gas powered by gas.
