Stihl has no customer service in Toronto. There is no number to call and no dealers stock parts or take responsibility for warranty problems.
I just bought a pressure washer and found it is missing the correct O ring (a 10 cent item) on one end of the pressure hose so it leaks. Nobody can solve this simple problem!!
It’s another example of rubbish Chinese quality control
