While the Stihl products I have are of high quality, the ordering process and availbility are not of the same standards.
Ordering intially was challenging. Website didn't work so I had to contact support. Took a few days for support to get back to me. Finally did and we got the trimmer orders. Delivery arrived in a resonable time which was good. When reading the instructions, the recommendation was to get some Hedge Trimmer Blade Cleaner, which seems to be out of stock everywhere in Canada.
