I purchased a battery trimmer online and tried it twice, it wasn’t effective for what I needed for. STIHL Canada said that the only way the trimmer could be returned was it it was never used. How was I to know if the trimmer would work or not without trying it.
They should look at changing the policies on returning a product. I can see if the product is used and abused not taking it back but mine wasn’t it was as clean as when I received it.
