I purchased a number of products and accessories from STIHL in April 2024. The HSA 26 Shrub Shears stopped working in July. I have made two online requests for product support and received case numbers 200824-B41326162 and 270824-T21335583 but absolutely no feedback from STIHL to date. STHIL dealers have not been able to help either.
ABSOLUTELY NO PRODUCT SUPPORT! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
