I’m a customer who bought a FSA Model 45 PO 20588 -product is not to my satisfaction as it uses some type of plastic trimmers as opposed to polyester cord.Sthil was very professional in directing me to an authorized dealer,to inspect and offer a better model FSA 57
Awaiting credit and replacement model
Good company-My two immediate neighbors both are using the new required model
