Customer Service is horrible. Multiple emails to various contacts for support with a brand new weedeater. Kept getting referred to other departments. Told to go to authorized dealer. Home Hardware wouldn't even look at it. Sent me to an authorized STIHL repair shop. They couldn't do anything until they emailed Stihl and had to wait for instructions. 2 weeks to get an answer, then presented with a bill for diagnostic services on a brand new weedeater purchased directly from Stihl online. Very frustrating experience.
