Have be trying unsuccessfully to purchase this item for 2 years at local dealers. Last time I was told my order had arrived but was not there when I went to collect. Other dealers would tell me they would call back after checking if they had the items but did not. Ordered on line and arrived in 4 days. Love the item. Very poor customer service at local dealers.
