If you have a bog standard remortgage then maybe it’s worth taking the risk with enact as that part of dealing with them was okay-ish.
However if you are doing anything else porting a mortgage/ transfer of equity or god forbid purchasing a property with enact I would advise against it. I have had to liaise with land registry myself due to their negligence, turns out enact sent through an empty letter twice which meant I am still waiting to complete on another property, bear in mind at this point numerous phone calls had been made to enact who all along blamed land registry for the delay.
Avoid if you can !
