My re-mortgage was delayed and nobody contacted me or dealt with it until I called them and asked if the completion is happening - only then they started to check and it occurred some things needed to be done to proceed. I needed to the the follow ups on that. It was the last day before the planned date of completion....I wrote that I ll be placing written complaint why nobody was contacting me before. Once I stated I ll raise the written complaint they started calling me several times and trying to push to deal with all via phone. It was not good experience to me.
As I wrote the complaint they answered that they did all according to the process and acknowledged my complaint. They didn't refer in their answer to my questions: why they started to work on my case only after my call and why they were bothering me several times via phone to solve the complaint once I told clearly I want to raise written complaint. Overall- very unpleasant cooperation. My impression is they are overloaded with work and not capable to deliver good service. I have the feeling that I did a peace of work for them but they took the money that....this is poor service
