Have been waiting for them to complete for 2 months now. We have been waiting patiently for a long time. We was given a completion in Dec by our solicitor didn't happen. Again in January was given a completion date, didn't happen. After investigating it seems that Enact are working for a lender at the bottom of our chain and holding the whole process up. We originally accepted an offer on our house in August 24. 5 properties in the chain. We are still waiting for completion Feb 25 due to Enacts incompetence.
