Asked for a refund within 2 weeks as the jewelry that I received was junk. the other items ordered never arrived. I shipped the jewelry back as they said this was the process before they would refund me. After 1 year of me emailing them and either no response or someone checking, I got a 1/4 of my refund. I spent $60 dollars and $15 to ship back which they only refunded me $14 total.
