Appalling company. They are utterly useless and are bullies.
They lie, refuse to help, do not reply to emails, do not return phone calls and astonishly call you names.
The property they are managing is in a terrible state and it's filthy.
They simply refuse to do their job in any form whatsoever.
They also refuse to deal with or escalate a complaint and you are not allowed to speak to anyone in management.
They are however, very good at demanding money.
This is an astonishingly appalling company, do not use them.
