“Very disappointing experience dealing with Encore/EPMG Legal during a remortgage process.
My solicitors first raised enquiries over a month ago, and despite repeated follow-ups we are still waiting for complete responses to straightforward questions. Some enquiries have only been partially answered, while others continue to be ignored entirely.
The lack of communication and inability to escalate the matter properly has caused significant delays, unnecessary stress, and is now impacting completion of the remortgage.
I understand that teams can be busy and that backlogs happen, but waiting over a month for clear responses to lender enquiries is extremely frustrating.
I hope someone senior at Encore can now step in and resolve this properly.”
“Appalling company. They are utterly useless and are bullies.
They lie, refuse to help, do not reply to emails, do not return phone calls and astonishly call you names.
The property they are managing is in a terrible state and it's filthy.
They simply refuse to do their job in any form whatsoever.
They also refuse to deal with or escalate a complaint and you are not allowed to speak to anyone in management.
They are however, very good at demanding money.
This is an astonishingly appalling company, do not use them.”
“Terrible company. They dont reply to emails, you get a bill and 6 months later you get another when it is meant to be a yearly charge. The estate I live on is a real mess and is going down hill, I would be better of on a council run estate.”
“Unprofessional, unethical, take Evey chance to rip off leaseholders. Poor customer service. Avoid at all cost and regulator should look into companies as such take excessive charges and try to take advantage of vulnerable people”
