Absolutely appalling service by this company. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT pay for the upgraded service. I have had to chase the lawyers at every single stage of the process so far to push my proceedings on in as timely a manner as possible, and had to call them out on stupid clerical errors like entering the wrong postcode on my application, which is now 3 weeks in the process of being redrafted to make right and still hasn't been done! I am absolutely disgusted at their cavalier attitude about it being in a queue for 3 weeks. 3 weeks!!! For a simple postcode correction that shouldn't have happened in the first place? Though i have started time and time again the importance of pushing this through as fast as possible??? Even though I was assured that everything would be done to ensure that on both sides, theirs and mine, no delays would occur???? And when I've asked to make a complaint, they prevent you from doing so by advising you that if you decide to log a complaint they will halt your case up to a month as they investigate. The whole reason I'm complaining is because they are taking so long to process my proceedings which I was assured would take 6 to 7 months to complete if I opted for the upgraded solicitor managed package.
