Poor service, seller sold me a used code and refusing a refund/new code I will be staying away from Eneba in the future. I purchased some gift codes from seller Digital Keys and a higher value one has already been redeemed on someone else's account. I informed Eneba straight away, literally within a few minutes of the order going through, and they passed on the information to the seller who has told them that the key was unused, which is false. I have gotten back in contact with eneba with further proof the key was used before my purchase but they have said that the seller provided a photo of a physical gift card which is "solid proof to them that the card was unused". I am now £45 down. It is a shame as Eneba has been good in the past, I have placed many orders, but this experience has been poor and I will not be making anymore purchases in the future. Be aware and stay away from Eneba.
