Stay away. I bought an Amazon gift card that was invalid. I contacted the Eneba support today, who told me to contact Amazon to get the redemption date of the Amazon gift card. I did, and it was 2 WEEKS before I bought the key myself. Despite this proof (that they requested themselves) they refused to refund me. They said they had other informations from the seller on their platform, but they refused to share that proof with me! Why ask me for a proof and then refuse. They refused to investigate further (by contacting Amazon themselves with the key number they would easily see that I didn't lie).
