I am incredibly disappointed with Eneba's customer service. I purchased a product titled "EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Edition Pre-order," which clearly suggested that it included the pre-order bonuses. However, upon activating the product, I discovered that the bonuses were not included.
The support team’s response was even more frustrating. They justified the situation by pointing to a vague product description, ignoring the misleading title. This feels like advertising a "latest iPhone" only to reveal in the fine print that it’s the 2020 model. This kind of deceptive practice is designed to mislead buyers.
Eneba promotes itself as a trusted platform, but by endorsing these types of listings, they are effectively legitimizing legal scams. The lack of any meaningful resolution or acknowledgment of wrongdoing shows a deep disregard for customers.
I wasn’t even asking for a full refund—though I believe it would have been justified—but at the very least, I expected recognition of the issue and some form of compensation. Eneba’s continued support of these deceptive practices severely undermines trust in the platform.
I strongly advise against purchasing from Eneba until they take serious steps to regulate their sellers and rebuild customer trust.
