Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any company. Energia are a joke impossible to reach, staff who don’t care, and zero accountability. Every follow-up is a dead end, every promise to call back is a lie, and you end up wasting hours trying to get basic issues fixed. Their customer support is beyond useless and the level of disorganisation is shocking. I wouldn’t recommend Energia to anyone.
