worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any company. Energia won’t accept emails and you can only call them. If you are lucky. Even when you speak to someone, they want to call you again and again. I requested them a simple task and it went on and on forever. Meaning expensive phone bills especially if you are not a resident in Ireland . They will drain you with their pointless emails and will be rude on the phone. Avoid at all costs
