Sadly, I had a very poor experience. It’s possible I was dropped during the process. My rep missed a couple of appointments. When we finally connected I was wrongfully identified as a potential employee vs. a client. That experience would have been excusable (since no one is perfect); if I wasn’t later ignored / forgotten about again.
I like the concept and I truly believe in EnergySage. However, it appears that the client-to-customer ratio is currently high and it is contributing to several bad experiences.
