EnergySage was a tremendous help to me in finding an installer and learning a lot of what I needed along the way. It took about 48 hours the get 6 initial quotes. Messaging all vendors as a group to request a change to their quotes was super convenient, although the messaging interface overall is a little awkward. But it's a nice feature to avoid giving out email or phone number at that stage of the game. I didn't really need much help from my individual advisor, for which I preferred email. Response was a tad slow, but I wasn't in any hurry. And he had good answers to my questions.
